The content of this course

Module 1: The power of your cycle

In the module “The power of your cycle,” you’ll learn how to use your menstrual cycle as a powerful tool. You’ll discover how to work on the basis of energy rather than time, making you more productive and efficient without exhausting yourself. The module covers the four phases of the cycle – menstrual, follicular, ovulatory and luteal – and how they affect your energy and mindset. You will gain insight into your relationship with your cycle and learn how to consciously work with it. You will also receive practical tools and strategies to immediately apply this knowledge in your work and daily life. After this module you will have a better understanding of your body and be able to optimize your planning and energy management in a way that suits you.

Module 2: Learn to love your cycle

In the “Learn to love your cycle” module, you will take a deeper look at your menstrual cycle using audio coaching. You will explore how you feel in each phase and learn to recognize patterns in your energy, emotions and productivity. Using a cycle chart, you will chart your cycle and gain insight into the variations per phase. With practical tools, you will learn how to better align your daily routines and planning with your natural rhythm. This module helps you build a conscious and positive relationship with your cycle, so you can better respond to your body’s signals.

Module 3: The female energy cycle

In the module “The Female Energy Circle,” you will discover how the different phases of your cycle and the lunar cycle affect your energy. You will learn to recognize and utilize the natural energy changes, with attention to self-reflection and practical applications. Using tools and exercises, you will set up a schedule that fits your rhythms, so that you don’t work against your cycle but work with it. You will learn how each phase, including the menstrual phase, offers room for productivity in a way that suits your energy. This module will help you to be mindful of your energy and work more effectively without exhaustion.
